博士,副教授,博士生导师,水利水电工程系副主任,江苏省水力发电工程学会委员,国际水利与环境工程学会(IAHR)会员,河海大学“大禹学者”。

获得江苏省教师教学创新大赛二等奖,全国水利类专业青年教师讲课竞赛一等奖、河海大学教学成果一等奖1项、二等奖1项,河海大学青年岗位标兵等奖项。指导学生获得全国高等学校水利类专业优秀研究生学位论文、江苏省研究生实践创新计划、“挑战杯”江苏省银奖、“互联网+”江苏省三等奖、国家奖学金等多项荣誉。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、青年项目1项,国家重点研发计划专题2项,重点实验室基金2项,中央高校科研业务费3项,以及20余项国家重大水利水电工程科研项目。发表论文60余篇,其中以第一作者及通讯作者发表论文36篇,成果刊于Energy,Renewable Energy,Journal of energy storage,Physics of Fluids,Journal of Hydraulic Engineering,水利学报,华中科技大学学报(自然科学版)等国内外权威学术期刊;授权发明专利22项,其中第一发明人授权专利6项。相关研究成果获2019年度高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)一等奖1项,2019年度江苏省科学技术奖一等奖1项,2016年度新疆维吾尔自治区科学技术进步奖一等奖1项,2023年度水力发电科学技术一等奖1项,2013年度水力发电科学技术二等奖1项。
